  4. \u00a0Consistent Conversation with students<\/strong> through the use of school procedures that build respect and equity are vital.

  5. \u00a0<\/strong>Critical Thinking skills <\/strong>help student develop their ability to become independent thinkers who use a variety of techniques to find answers.

  6. \u00a0<\/strong>Compassion<\/strong> for where a student is functioning on any given day develops their confidence that 100% is the goal, but some days only 40% or 60% is available.
