  5. If stress is a large part of your day, try to find ways to banish or reduce it.
  6. Plan your work and then work your plan. Consistency eases stress.
  7. Surround yourself with positive thinking individuals.
  8. Support your family members by creating a quiet hour at home that allows everyone to de-stress and also set aside time for handling projects, working on hobbies, etc. as a family.
  9. Avoid stress-building news, entertainment, and groups.
