Thank You Ideas from Y-O-U

By | January 12, 2016

While the list of ways to say thank you to volunteers are near endless, the following inexpensive ideas stood out for my followers:

  1.  Write a note sharing specific acts a voluinteer has done and thank them for their contribution.
  2.  Ask your class to write short thank yous.
  3.  Present the volunteer with a small house plant wrapped in colorful tissue/paper.
  4.  Make a homemade treat: cookies, a salsa relish, bread, etc.
  5.   Invite volunteers to enjoy a class presentation or to hear students share their music, writing, etc.
