- Set a timer for one minute. Focus on images/life experiences/sensory remembrances that bring you joy.
- Quick journal Lists of 5. Start a journal with suggested lists of 5 positives to write about 5 favorite colors, 5 best friends, 5 cookies you like best, 5 songs that give you feeling of joy, etc. Add a new topic every time you stop to write so you’ll never face a blank page on a future day.
