  1. Get plenty of quality sleep. (Kids need more than adults. Plan on 9-11 hours dependng on their ages.)
  2. Focus on eating healthy snacks and nutritiuos meals, especially breakfast.
  3. Stay active to stay healthy. That 15-minute daily walk is better than nothing. Better still is a 30-minute workout or activity every day.
  4. familyexerciseFreetime/downtime is vital to let us explore our individual interests and hobbies. This is not the same as organized activities and sports.
  5. Work and projects, homework and reading times need to be scheduled to help us accomplish our goals as learners and doers.
